Service Description
This private booking access is for active Phoenix Prodigy clients participating in an ongoing coaching or consulting program. These sessions are designed to keep your momentum strong—providing focused time to assess progress, make strategic decisions, and receive support aligned with your business goals. Each session is tailored to where you are in your journey and what’s needed next to sustain results. Please bring any relevant updates or materials to help us maximize our time together. How to Prepare for Your Session: 1.) Come Prepared – Bring any updates, questions, or topics you'd like to discuss. 2.) Speak Honestly – This is your space to be open and focused on your goals. 3.) Ask with Intention – Share where you need clarity, support, or strategy. 4.) Take Notes – Capture key insights and action items to apply afterward. 5.) Leave with a Plan – We’ll outline next steps to keep you progressing between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Session Policies Session Timing: Sessions begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, as we must respect the commitments made to other clients. Session Focus: Each session will focus on the topics selected during booking or outlined in the pre-session questionnaire. Additional topics will require a separate booking to ensure sufficient time and attention. Preparation: To maximize the value of your session, complete all pre-session tasks, including questionnaires and document uploads, at least 24 hours before your session. Arrive prepared to discuss your goals, take notes, and share relevant updates. Follow-Up and Communication Post-Session Questions: Follow-up questions or additional support require booking a separate follow-up session or utilizing our accountability services. Add-On Services: Additional support between sessions is available through our add-on services, including Post-Session Accountability Check-Ins and Customized Follow-Up Reports. Client Accountability Ownership of Results: Success is a partnership. We provide the strategies and guidance, but implementation is your responsibility. Consistency, preparation, and accountability are key to achieving your goals. Respect for Boundaries: Our consultants maintain schedules that ensure quality and focus for every client. Communication outside of booked sessions must be addressed through appropriate channels or additional services. Acknowledgment By booking sessions with Phoenix Prodigy Consulting Firm, you acknowledge and agree to: Respect the time, focus, and boundaries outlined in this policy. Prepare adequately for each session and complete assigned tasks. Maintain open and professional communication regarding your progress and needs.
